These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") define the conditions for using Cooking Journal (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to these Terms and shall use the Service in accordance with them.

Article 1 (Scope of the Terms)

These Terms aim to define the rights and obligations between the operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") and the Users. These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service by Users.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The Service is available only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

1. Those who agree to and comply with these Terms.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

1. Violating laws or public order and morals.
2. Engaging in criminal activities.
3. Violating court orders or rulings.
4. Transferring or lending authentication information to third parties.
5. Intentionally disrupting the Service’s servers or network systems.
6. Interfering with or threatening to interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Repeatedly accessing the server directly without using the provided functions of the Service.
8. Providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces.
9. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights of the Service, the Operator, or third parties.
10. Any other activities deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

If the Operator determines that a User has engaged in any of the prohibited activities above, the Operator may delete the content in question or suspend/delete the User’s account. In such cases, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify the User in advance but may not do so in urgent situations.
