To use subscription-based services, you must agree to the Terms of Service and these Premium Plan Terms of Service, as well as complete the paid registration process. Please be sure to read these documents before using the services.

Article 1 (About the Premium Plan Terms of Service)

These Premium Plan Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") define the conditions for using the subscription-based services (hereinafter referred to as the "Premium Plan") provided by the operator of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The Terms also establish the rights and obligations between the Operator and users regarding the use of the Premium Plan and apply to all legal relationships arising from such use. By using the Premium Plan, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, the terms used herein shall have the same definitions as those outlined in the Terms of Service.

Article 3 (Paid Registration)

  1. Users must complete paid registration to use the Premium Plan.
  2. Users wishing to register must agree to the Terms of Service and these Premium Plan Terms of Service and follow the registration process specified by the Operator.
  3. The Operator will review the registration application (including credit card information) submitted by the user during the process. Upon approval, the user becomes a registered Premium Member and is granted access to the Premium Plan. The Operator reserves the right to reject applications deemed inappropriate.

Article 4 (Service Fees)

  1. Fees for the Premium Plan are specified separately.
  2. The Operator may change the service fees at its discretion without prior consent from Premium Members. Any such changes will only apply prospectively. If a Premium Member disagrees with the fee changes, they must cancel their subscription within the specified period.

Article 5 (Payment)

  1. Payment for the Premium Plan shall be made using the payment methods designated by the Operator.
  2. The Operator does not issue receipts or similar documentation for payments made for the Premium Plan.

Article 6 (Cancellation of Paid Registration)

  1. Premium Members who wish to cancel their subscription to the Premium Plan must complete the cancellation procedures as specified by the Operator. The cancellation is effective once the procedure is completed.
  2. The Operator does not offer refunds for any fees already paid, regardless of the circumstances.
  3. Premium Members who cancel mid-month are still required to pay the full service fee for that month.
